Our Compensation Policy

Salaries are paid on a monthly, net basis. Compensation is regulated according to the employee's education, training, experience and foreign language skills.

Our Leave Policy

Our annual paid leave is based on length of service, as stipulated by the Turkish Labor Code. Our employees are entitled to maternity leave, marriage leave, house-moving leave etc.

Our Shuttle – Food – Housing Policy

We operate a shuttle service to the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered to employees depending on their hours of work. Free-of-charge housing is provided close to the hospital for nursing and health personnel who lack the means to find accommodation in the city.
